Good location. But the sofa and the chair are in bad condition

I stay here every time I visit relatives in Taipei. The location is fantastic, and the price can't be beat for the quality/comfort of the rooms.

Excellent location - 1 block from exit #2 of the Nanjing Fuxing metro. A couple of FYIs re: check-in. In reviewing my confirmation, after the fact, I noticed that a 3000 TWD cash security deposit was required. It was not required of me, but if it had been, I wouldn't have been prepared. Also, FYI, the confirmation indicated that parking is not available - but there were cars parked in the parking lot that clearly belonged to guests. Breakfast was fine - but it is adjusted based upon occupancy, i.e. low occupancy - cooked to order vs. buffet.

I like to choose your hotel again on 1/15/25---to 1/25/25. I will take my friends together to book another room, too if you can give us a discount when we check in around 1/15/25.

the breakfast is great, many varieties, very good staffs in the restaurant.
