The staff was extremely helpful morespecial because of language barriers they went all out to assist me
The hotel is good value for money. The room is an OK size for one person and it's fairly clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff doesn't really speak english but they're very kind and will do their best to help you with whatever you need. They also provide free shuttle from and to the airport, which is very useful. They were also very fast in responding to messages when they organized my ride from the airport to the hotel.
The location is good easily accessible to the piers and there’s lot’s of convenient shops around.
The luggage could be stored in the property while waiting for ferry boarding time,after check out.
