The room was a comfortable size and very clean. The amenities and location were great. Everything was within walking distance. It was easy to get to transportation. Max was wonderful and efficiently cleared up a mix up.

Room is spacious with 3 beds, perfect for family of four. Bathroom is clean. The staff is very helpful and reminded me that my belonging was left at the front desk. Our Uber Eats order arrived before we got back to hotel and the concierge helped to keep it.

The rooms were clean, updated, and provided enough space for four people. We reserved the family room with balcony, and it roomy enough for us and our luggage. The dining table with four chairs also gave us a space to chat and relax after a long day of exploring. The beds were firm, which we liked. The staff is great and very helpful. I had a booking snafu, and they were very helpful. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation, but we had the option of selecting breakfast on the days we wanted to have a leisurely start to the day. The breakfast buffet was $550 NT per person, and it included a wide variety of Taiwanese and western breakfast options. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was also great, and it was helpful to have access to a great gym, a 7-11, a mall, and a restaurant connected to the hotel or just across the way. The use of the spa on the fifth floor was also fantastic!

Water pressure is excellent in the shower. The sound proofing is great!! I only ever heard the upstairs neighbor with heavy foot falls on occasion. I never heard the family with toddlers next to us. We were on the 8th floor so there was no street traffic, plus we were situated off the main street, so that helped too. I like that the windows are openable for some fresh air. Pro tip: use the frame ledge around the window area to hang laundry that needs to dry. There's a retractable laundry line by the tub but it doesn't get good air circulation in the bathroom. Beds are firm but comfortable. I like the different lighting options in the room.

The location near the green line metro was very good. Also the gym was well equipped.
