Location, room size, AC, washer/dryer are all excellent. The only place I would stay in Taipei for my situation (I need great AC with a dehumidifier). The only thing I can say negatively is the breakfast. It is a great breakfast since I do like Taiwanese-style breakfast but the cost is unreasonable. You can walk out of this hotel and find many places to eat breakfast 2/3 cheaper than this place. If they will improve the breakfast price, I would eat there every day.
I traveled to Taipei a lot and this is the only hotel that meets my expectations. I have asthma and Taiwan humid weather is not helping and I have to be very picky on picking places to stay. This place has individual AC control with a Dehumidifier feature. I really enjoyed my stay and it will be my hotel every time I travel to Taipei. The room is huge, and washer/dryer in our unit. Staff helped arranged for driver and car for touring wheenever we asked.
We had a suite and it was perfect--allowed my daughter to comfortably stay with us, plus plenty of room for lounging and recharging.
Large washer/dryer in the room, nice kitchenette, bidet, comfortable bed, and great staff.
