Very nice view of the lake. Very good breakfast on Sunday morning. Large room, well design. The hotel's team is friendly and serviceable.

We booked the room with a view, and my mother really enjoyed it. Personally, I loved the comfy beds and the bathroom as well. Exceptional! It's super close to the Ita Thao night market but not noisy at all.

This was a very welcoming, clean, and accommodating hotel. Check in was very easy. We arrived from Taichung via bus around 11 am and wanted to drop off our luggage (note: this hotel is located in Itashao so you have to take a boat or bus to get here from the main drop off location at shuishe). We asked if we could do early check in were promised to be notified via phone call if a room was available earlier than check in (check in is at 3 pm, I believe we received a call around 1:30 pm). The staff was so nice, they even gave us recs on what to eat around the area (recommend the gua baos in the area, and chicken wing stuffed with sticky rice). Main downstairs lobby bathrooms were clean, and the bathroom in the room was automated with a bidet! Overall very clean, beautiful views, relaxing to stay at. Breakfast the next day was a plentiful buffet with a great variety of food and beverages to choose from. Bed was extremely comfy as well.
