The hotel provided excellent hospitality. I especially enjoyed the breakfast very much. Breakfast included many local delicacies, really warms your heart and your belly.

This was a truly expectational experience. I never write reviews, but the Taiwanese hospitals was second to none. If you're lucky enough to met Fiona, she was the most amazing host we had in all of Asia. She took us down the street to her favourite local restaurants and even helped us buy sunscreen in a local store. She made it feel like home and that's something we will really remember about Taiwan. we appreciated every single member of the staff present during our stay. Everyone was attentive and helped with our every need with kindness and beautiful smiles. For a smaller dining area, the service was efficient and clean. The hotel was modern and relaxing after a hot day out sightseeing. The afternoon ice-cream machine in the Lobby was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Our room was well designed, with an excellent ledge by the large window - a great place to sit, sip tea, and over-look the old city and temples. Daily generous replenishment of bottled water and delicious cookies was much enjoyed - something overseas hotels do not bother so much with. Over all, a great experience and highly recommended.

It is in a good location right next to Longshan Temple and an easy walk to the old street. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good with a selection of different things Asian and western.
