Value was amazing. Two nights in a double room with large, comfortable, twin beds and a semi-private balcony was only about $100 US.
The location - near downtown, several retail streets, and the beach, yet just a couple of blocks away from traffic and lights - was private enough while still providing easy access for more touristy stuff.
Staff was very helpful. Rooms clean and the private bathroom modernly apportioned (no washlet though). Many TV channels provided - including CNN and a couple of movie channels with English titles.
Would stay there again.
The older lady spoke English quite well. It was a lovely, happy reception. The bed was huge and comfortable.
Enough space, and it had a homely feel with a nice view at the top floor
my room was very spacious! It is clean and has a nice balcony with the view over Taitung City. It has a share kitchen on the R floor. Owner was very friendly and helpful.
