The staff were very helpful at all times. The hotel is very noisy if you are coming to do tourism. Facilities are wonderful with amazing sea views but the club is downstairs and you won’t be able to sleep until 2am if you are in one of the sea view rooms. Nevertheless, the staff change our rooms ( we were a group of 6 people/ 4rooms) multiple times to acommodate our requests. Facilities are great and if you are looking to enjoy the party and the beach of Tunis (Gammarth/Lamarsa) is great.

Hotel has a very nice view. Toiletries are incomplete. Service was good but needs to improve on providing a fast response to the needs of the guest.

First off I appreciate the flexibility when it came to me arriving at 1am in the morning and even though the restaurant was closed they still were able to provide me a meal at 2am. I also appreciate the flexibility when it came to extending my stay for a little longer due to a late flight. They accommodated me by putting me in another room. The staff is courteous, exemplary and whatever negative reviews people had, they clearly don’t appreciate good customer service. Also Salma and Achref were both the best especially for my first time in Tunisia

The view from the balcony was amazing and the room size is good and the reception staff were helpful
