The patisserie. The lady at the counter was soooo sweet and nice for me
The animation team are great and the bar staff are mostly lovely.
If you get the option for A la Carte, take it as the food was fabulous.
Good atmosphere, Friendly staff and a lot of food.
Rooms were good size , food was great , all day available
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, our rooms (we had 5 as we travelled as a family of 10) was spacious clean and all facilities you would need for a room. Housekeeping came round everyday, even leaving bottles of water for the mini fridge.
Enough sunbeds around all pools. Convenient having a shop on the grounds as we had 5 teenagers who love to snack. Spa facilities was top tier. Lifts very accessible as we had a wheelchair user, staff were friendly. Due to being end of season not all bars were open so there was queues but nothing excessive. Beach shuttle every ten minutes but was less than a 10minute walk ( we found out after missing the last shuttle back). Overall was nice and tranquil and all ages was accommodated for
