The room was very clean and well maintained. Everyday housekeeping did a perfect job and when we came back from breakfast which is an amazing buffet, the room was like the first day checked in.
Hotel Staff were very helpful and friendly. and Especially Ms Asli was very helpful and gracious in time of our stay.
and All the Spa staff were serving with high quality and trying to help with top level.
We were very happy with the hotel only not because of the facilities but the Staff. The reception staff was a little bit unpleasant, I don't know why but the other staff rather than the Reception staff in the hotel did not make us think about this unpleasant situation. This was the only negative thing about Almira Hotel.
Our Experience with Almira Hotel was the first but not last.

Room Service and Restaurant's food was perfectly tasty.
The room was very comfortable. and bathroom is well organized with a large space.

This hotel is really fantastic. We enjoyed a lot our stay. The spa was very very good with many services free of charge and very good massage. The breakfast was exceptional. One of the largest buffet i have ever seen. We will visit again Boursa just foe the exceptional services of Almira hotel
Шикарный отель со своей спа зоной и восхитительными завтраками. Просторнейший стильный номер, чудесное обслуживание, мы получили колоссальное удовольствие от времяпрепровождения там. Рядом большой торговый центр и рестораны, в самом отеле тоже неплохой ресторан (если говорить про ужин)
Рекомендуем как в ресторане, так и на завтраках не забывать про позиции для вегетарианцев, в том числе и в части молока - для капучино, латте и прочее
Даже за деньги - его в отеле не найти
Завтраки отличные, большое разнообразие и выбор. Ужин в ресторане (за плату) не впечатлил.
По чистоте и уборке в номере претензий нет. Все отлично
Заселение чуть припозднилось. В остальном вопросов не возникало
Нет розеток у кроватей. Телефон приходилось заряжать на столе.
отель расположен недалеко от центра рядом большой торговый молл приличное кафе с очень вкусной местной едой
отличный номер шикарный матрас большая кровать сам номер просторный современный дизайн не хватало вешалки для сушки халатов и купальников после бассейна с термальной водой
отель очень чистый в номере убирали каждый день меняли полотенца
персонал вышколенный и доброжелательный
