The table in the room is very dusty and dirty, and the bed linen is not even changed. The coffee was still there the next day, flowing all over the pavement in front of the elevator. They can't mix a mojito. A handful of mint leaves, a ring of lemon and soda. They think this mojito is... They just pour everything back to eye level, even if what and how much is needed for a drink is written on the drink label, they don't care. The workers are not nice. It is difficult to take the plates off the table, the waiters prefer to talk. The room is non-smoking, but there is a lot of cigarette smoke in the corridor upstairs. I went to the reception and they told me to look for the manager because they couldn't help me. I don't even understand, it doesn't fit into the ultra all inclusive service, so if someone is 5 minutes late, they can't get a sandwich or a banana or whatever as a pregnant woman? This is a joke category, not Ultra...
