I would say I like the cost, location, the staff and the rooms. The lady at the front desk Ozlem made my stay very comfortable. I appreciate her and everything she has done.
The staff were the best thing about my trip, even though they didn't speak English they tried their best to help me with any questions I had by using Google translate. They were very helpful, especially Sait who gave me detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the city centre and always asked how I was when I was in reception.
The room had good air con and was very clean, the beds and the lounge area were very comfortable.
Very good and clean hotel, especially the Workers at the reception are very friendly and courteous
