Everything about our stay was exceptional! The staff; Ms. Sameerah, Mr. Hamid, and Mr. Haitham were absolutely outstanding. They consistently responded to our requests with warmth and generosity, always surprising us with their thoughtful gestures.
The cleanliness of the facilities was meticulous; the towels were fresh, and the bed linens were fresh. The water pressure was fantastic, and the air conditioning was very cold, which was especially refreshing during the hot month of July.
The view of the Black Sea from the living room was simply breathtaking, with nothing obstructing the stunning panorama.
Thank you for making our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return!
