good location (25 min by taxi from airport) and beautiful hotel area. room was of a good size, with a sea view. comfortable bed. walk-in shower. all toiletries. always enough towels. coffee was tasteless. would be nice to have a real turkish kahve or better coffee machine

Food's quality was good. There was no vast choice but quality was good. Lunch started at 12.30 (it was a breakfast for us). Interesting beach with clean water. Not so crowded. Water slides and small playground, table tennis. SPA and gym. In general quite quiet hotel. No information about the hotel were provided upon arrival, i.e. hotel's map, where to find what. The territory is not so big but anyway such kind of information is always very appreciated. Our room was quite dirty. During our stay (8 nights) linens were changed only once and ONLY for 1 bed, linens for the second bed were NOT changed. Dirty walls in a bathroom, looks like basin and toilet were not cleaned during the whole our stay. Floor wasn't cleaned at all. Terribly dirty windows (there was a small space on the window that had been cleaned just in the middle and all other part of the window was so grey that you could hardly see the street. Reception staff was polite but didn't solve any issues at all. But the most frustraiting thing was when you came for a meal and have to find cutlery by yourself. No waiters helped to serve a table, no drinks were offered, nothing. Since there were no balcony in our room we could hardly find a place to dry our clothes. Small drying rack could have solved the problem, but the hotel didn't have it. There were no hooks in a bathroom, one small towel holder didn't help at all.
