Nicely decorated, clean, nice patio/seating area with teas to drink, good location.
The location, the customer service/staff, and the mattress was very comfortable. Berat was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond for anytging that we needed. He even was able to travel down and retrieve my hat from one of the buses that dropped us off. These guys provide outstanding customer service, are very friendly, and the mattresses are comfortable :)

Our stay at Ferman Konak was great! The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. We left our bags at the hotel for 10 days and they were very well stored, when we arrived they were in a reserved place with our names. The team helped us with any complications during our trip and gave us great tips about Istanbul! The living area is great and always clean, there is free tea, juice, water and coffee, which made everyday life much easier. The location is also great, very close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. We really felt at home and we will definitely be back!
