Great place great people & really loved the location cause the tram was right there, taxi rank is also 5minutes away & restaurants all around with some shopping for gifts as well. Wifi was also great, strong signal.
Its not actually a negative, just that the breakfast wasn’t all that great and the restaurants around u all have the same menu and prices so if you have eaten from one you have pretty much eaten from all of them. Their presentation was different though which i guess counts for something.

Заселили в подвал без окон, рядом, через стену, прачечная, в номере нечем дышать
Хороший полноценный завтрак.Омлет,сосиски,салаты,зелень,сыры,джемы,десерты,хлопья,фрукты,чай ,кофе,какао
Убирали каждый день,заправляли кровати,убирали мусор,через 3 дня поменяли белье,заменяли в с/у мокрое подножное полотенце.
Очень приветливый персонал. Понимают русский язык. Идут на встречу. В течении дня спускались в столовую пить чай ,кофе с десертами
Низкий потолок, компактные номера и шумный маленький с/у-но это только первоначальные впечатления

Персонал отличный, на этом все плюсы заканчиваются, расположение отеля близко от трамвайной остановки гюльханепарк, отель выбрала из-за локации и хороших отзывов, но по факту как обычно
Размер комнаты указан 15м, на деле представьте кухню в хрущевке, плюс компактный туалет с душем, в котором не повернуться, все ржавое, не знаю откуда такая сырость и влажность, так не чувствуется, но глядя на туалетную комнату понимаешь. Занавески дырявый, как и постель в принципе, ремонт не знаю кто делал, но это трэш конечно, на плинтус, который только бросается в глаза лучше не смотреть. Холодильник в шкафу есть, вода и чай в номере тоже есть.
