The staff was super helpful till last minute, very caring and never hesitated to help.
Location is veryyy close to Taksim square and Istiklal street. Hotel is located in a small street parallel to a bigger one and you can know from where to enter towards the hitel from "Vodafone" shop, so it's faraway from the crowd and noise.
The location is truly convenient, pretty silent and decently safe :)

We had a hotel change to the A Plus Hotel. It is the sister Hotel to the Lemon Residence around the corner. A 3 minute walk. Very similar hotels. This is our second visit.
A very good place and good staff and good and clean room with all comforts
