My room was very clean

The bathroom is very small, especially the sink
Breakfast is good but it would be better if it was richer
hotel was great for my solo travel purposes. The room was fine, the bathroom though is tiny. But for one person, fine. The staff have a working knowledge of english, and are very helpful. Some travelers may be bothered by the tram that comes by often, but not past midnight. You get used to it, and it isn't that loud. Well worth the tradeoff for prime location.
The place is super clean. When you clock the button for maid service, they make it a brand new room. I only did this once during my 5 day stay.
The staff are great, but their english isn't strong, so getting explanations of things was challenging, but they do the best they can. They do overcharge for things (covid test was double the cost as the travel agency 5 doors down), and will also overcharge for them getting a vip "limo" to take you to airport (I was adamant that they schedule me a yellow cab).
The room seemed to always be cold no matter how long the heat was on. It can be noisy because you are on a busy street.

На завтрак много оаощей и фруктов, мне не хватило горячих разнообразных яичных завтраков: был только скрабл
Все основные достопримечательности рядом, в пешей доступности, плюс в шаговой доступности остановка трамвая и метро.
Все вкусно но хотелось бы ассортимент побольше.
Номер чистый, убирались каждый день. Супер.
Мало акций со скидками по цене.
Вежливый персонал; отличное расположение; номер хороший; завтрак на террасе!
