The photos and the clearly false review.
This was not a hotel. It was a squalid room in an awful apartment. I arrived at 5pm and had to wait for the owner. The room was filthy and uncleaned from the previous residents. Dirty towels, filth bedding. Rubbish, rotting food. Dirty work surfaces. I left immediately and spent the night at the hotel. I am also still waiting for zen hotels to refund me.
The 10 review the place had was obviously fake.
