There are two Vert properties at this address and it wasn't clear that ours was the one in the back down the stairs on the side of the building. As a result, we spent a bit of time wrestling with the key box for the other apartment before we called the "help" phone number and were directed to the other unit. That said, this was all happening at 3 AM (we'd just gotten off the ferry from Iceland) and it was a very welcome surprise that we were able to get a hold of someone at that hour.

Excellent location, within an easy walk from the main attractions in Torshavn. Rental company staff were very responsive to our questions. Well equipped kitchen, nice view from the living room. A dedicated parking spot would be nice, though we managed to find free unlimited parking right outside (full on weekdays).

the location in torshavn was perfect, esp when parking was available right outside. instead of following google maps walking, the trick is to turn left, go down the stairs, into the harbor, and then you're in the heart of torshavn within a few minutes (rather than 15 per google). also needed laundry here, which was available. it's a higher price point than the rest of the islands bc of location. and it's a bit more handsoff (which can be a pro or con, depending on the person) than some of the faroese airbnbs i visited (ex. where they wanted to meet in person, shake hands, etc).
