The rooms are upstairs with no elevator and no one helped me to take my luggage up.

Did manage to get someone to help bring my case down
Plenty of places within 10 minutes walk for food tv and wifi good
The staff are helpful and accommodating. It was a late check in but they were very considerate. Room is clean and place is well- maintained. Highly recommended.
