near to the airport, cleanliness and easy communicating with the host
We love how aesthetic and cozy the unit is. Complete amenities as well.
Tasteful, with friendly colours and high-quality furnishings.
Very clean, also the building is very well maintained
Kitchen fully equipped
Rosalie the host is very friendly, eager and responds quickly.
Giant TV with Netflix
Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Unfortunately no drying rack, it would do it perfectly.

The area around Newport Boulevard is very well maintained.
NAIA can be reached via the Skywalk in a few minutes by foot.
Compared to other condos, generous area. We stayed in 4 different condos during our stay (Palm tree Villas, Emperador building and one in Baguio city), the Cozy and Classy Studio was the largest, cleanest and tastiest decorated.
Excellent location since we flew in late and needed to fly out early.
A little market was next door for a late night snack.
Nice location, clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent.
