Breakfast was good.
Surroundings were clean and tidy.
Everything's great.
Nice quiet hotel. Room was well presented. Bed and bathroom clean.
Modern hotel with helpful and friendly front desk staff, Rooms are clean, spacious with great amenities. Nice shower with good water pressure and temperature
Wifi is good
The staff and specially the Manager was very accommodating which is really made our stay wonderful. I wish the breakfast is buffet style. Over all our stay for 4 nights was amazing. Thank you for all the staff and to the Crown Regency Mactan location.
We been to different hotels in Philippines and all their beds and pillows were rock hard. No toilet seats. We were glad that this hotel got the comfy soft bed and pillows,working a.c., toilet seats, spacious room, cater to American like us.
