The food was great! Since I am Filipino by birth, I love Filipino cuisine which the Dusit Thani cooks to perfection! The room was great: bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, toiletries were provided sufficiently, the tv was updated with enough show options to choose from. The hotel was clean in general. The room was also clean. We were pleased with the welcome service. We were greeted cordially at the airport by the hotel representative where a van service was available to transfer us to the hotel for a fee. The hotel staff was extremely polite who greeted us with smiles. They were helpful and resolved our concerns timely and satisfactorily. I left my wedding ring in the room after check out and the airport representative met me at the airport with my ring! We did not like the road to the hotel from the airport and major places in Mactan and Cebu City. It only has one lane per direction with the high possibility of obstruction by other vehicles and people.
