The hotel is beautiful. Room is very spacious and modern:
The hotel is in a great location, the fittings and overall decor of the hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A particular mention to Annalyn and Alex who were very helpful. I asked the hotel for a special room setup as it was our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to give us a special treat for our anniversary. My wife was very surprised and delighted. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tagaytay. We will definitely be returning.
The place is underrated. It's actually a comfy place for good value. Food selection at breakfast wasn't the best but still good enough. The staff are warm and accommodating as well. The package I requested was surprisingly great too.
