Very excellent room, very clean and approachable staff,,
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Premises were clean despite the busy location.
I felt safe despite it being surrounded by homeless people, beggars and street vendors.
Accommodating and friendly staffs and clean facilities
The manager and staff listened to customer’s request. They provided excellent service experience. The hotel is near NAIA terminal 1 and has the things you need for a night’s stay. It’s an old hotel, but they maintained it well. Their breakfast buffet’s price is reasonable. Dinner buffet is like P499, very reasonable compared to other hotels that I stayed.
The staff are friendly and great location near Airport.
