The communication with the staff was exceptional. One of the best experiences I’ve had. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and helped with tours. The firefly boat tour was outstanding. The property was fun and unique. I’m glad I was there off season though, seems like a good resort for families.

We liked the location, staff, cottages, pool, and the food served at the restaurant. The location is away from the party scene in Bohol, so it's very quiet (except during the fiesta). The staff was super helpful and friendly -- from the reception, guides and restaurant servers. The cottages were very comfortable and nice -- the balcony overlooking the river was nice for reading. The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast options were really nice, and the mangoes too! We loved barbecue night!

This hotel along loboc river is absolutely beautiful, the staff is very nice and professional, the restaurant is really good The firefly tour in the evening was amazing !

We stayed in Premier River View room 1 and it was beautiful. The room is huge with a balcony overlooking the river, from which we saw lots of birds, bats, butterflies, bats, lizards and fireflies. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. All of the staff were incredible and all knew our names and which room we were in- Christy, Silva, and Margie on reception were absolutely amazing at their jobs and so helpful. We did the firefly tour, took kayaks out on the river and ate in the restaurant a lot- food was really good. One evening children from the local high school came to perform some traditional dances which were brilliant and so much fun The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We have stayed all over the world and this is one of the best places we've ever been. Everything was just perfect, we were really sad to leave and definitely want to come back!
