Fantastic view of skyline. Location is perfect to get to central makati. So many good affordable restaurants at bottom of building. Room is quiet, clean and comfortable.

No breakfast was included in our stay. The location is pretty much close to everything in the Makati area . The people at the reception area are friendly and courteous. The internet is not working good probably because of the surrounding tall buildings.

The unit owner personally met us and showed us around the building facilities, give us tips of nearby places to go, give us important infos before check in time and he is very friendly, kind and accomodating.. The stay is all good, I would wish a bigger and thicker blanket would make it perfect! This is a budget friendly accomodation and would absolutely recommend this place to others too.

The place is located on the main road, making it very accessible to restaurants and public transportation. It’s in a secure building, so we felt safe throughout our stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and modern, with excellent facilities including a sauna, pool, and gym. The internet connection was fast and reliable, communication with the host was smooth, and the space was very comfortable overall. We did experience a small issue during our stay, but the owner was very considerate and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend!
