place is very accessible to malls
peaceful place. no one is banging the walls at night
Location is superb .. its accessible to all public transport and its at the center of davao city. Roxas night market is just across the hotel. Theres an affordable cafe at the ground floor with delish pastries.
Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for me!

Good location, hot shower, 2 beds in the room. Quiet room, elevator. Good personal and security. No insects. A close convenience store and cafes were nearby. Welcoming water. I liked public transport there.
