Price, location , size of room, quality of the room
usually made our own breakfast. Location was perfect, facing in front Ayala terraces, just a couple min walk to mall, well stocked 7 eleven below us, plenty atms, ample taxis, superb value for money, nice unit and very secure. Apple one staff and guards so nice and kind, nice aircon in apartment, hot water for shower, no problems with wifi, nice tv. rubbish was collected daily, good elevators, good functional kitchen, in general a good comfortable and quiet apartment, Host very responsive to my messages. and most helpful at all times.
The Apartment was very good and comfortable. It is perfectly furnished and you feel very comfortable. The kitchen is functional and sufficient for longer stays. The balcony and the view over cebu city is a highlight. We will definitely book it again. Many thanks also to the hostess.
