The place is very clean. Were provided all things we need such as the free water with dispenser, utensils, bathroom needs, slippers, iron, all the must use for cooking. The checkin process was also very smooth. The ambiance of the whole condo development is so nice and it feels safe. The place is also near malls and fastfood chains.

First impression on entering the condo is that it was clean, tidy and well furnished. We were provided with extra jugs of drinking water. There were proper cooking utilities available allowing us to cook some nice meals. Every room had it's own well functioning aircon. The view from the bedrooms was really good, looking over Davao towards mount Apo. The condo was spacious, cozy and comfortable to stay at. The paid parking was a good decision and I would recommend everyone to do so. The staff online was very helpfull and provided us with all the necessary information. This condo exceeded what we originally expected. (We went with 5 people.)

The location was very near the airport, which was our main requirement. The unit was spacious enough for six people with enough room to move about and hang out. The entire unit was air-conditioned, a must to survive the humid weather in Davao. On the last day of our stay, I misplaced an item, the owners were very patient and really helpful in looking for it.

The property is well maintained and they provide free drinking water. I love that all the rooms have AC. Having a netflix is an added bonus.
