Location and amenities. For its price range, it is worth the money. The overall feel of the unit was homey and welcoming.
The location is very central! It’s in the downtown area, near lots of restaurants, malls and shops.
The unit itself is well equipped with complete amenities and toiletries. The mattress is also very comfortable and with lots of pillows.
Communication with Charisse, theowner was very smooth. I appreciate that she responds quickly to my questions and requests.
Location is great. It is just a walking distance to Centrio and SM and Gaisano. Price of the room is more than what we expect of the room. The room is clean and we find it suited to our taste. We can cook because of the kitchen utensils provided for free use. No need for negative comments because I find the place complete and met our temporary needs in resting from the work transaction in CDO. Host is very accommodating and is always looking for our comfort and asking us of whatever service they can offer for us. In all, I would recommend this to others looking for a place in CDO for their visit.
The location is great, very accessible. Appreciated how the room was complete with basic necessities. Free water was a plus!! The contact person was very friendly and accommodating.
