Very neat and cosy appartment, which is situated only a brief walk away from the city center. Tram, bakery and supermarket are nearby. Having the souterrain parking available is very helpful as parking in the street is quite expensive. The appartment is in a building in a quiet inner court and has all commodities such as shower, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc.
Secure parking - easy to find - good location - quiet - felt safe - supermarkets close by - good size rooms with adequate facilities.
