The apartment is nicely-appointed and comfortable with a very large, bright living room, small dining room, kitchen, a good bathroom with a bathtub and large shower and a cozy bedroom. The owner, Florence is lovely as well, and waiting for you when you arrive, to show you how everything works and even to help with your luggage on the stairs. She is also instantly available to answer any questions and a pleasure to work with. It is situated in Le Marais, one of the most interesting parts of Paris, with everything one could wish within walking distance, e.g., a supermarket around the corner and bars and restaurants of all kinds in the neighborhood. One can walk to most places but Ubers and taxis can also be called upon to go anywhere in Paris. All in all, a great find!

She was the best owner, waiting for us when we checked in and help us how to use the the house. The room is on the second floor. After entering the apartment, you need to go up the stairs on the right side. The room is very beautiful, full of things and comfortable to live in.
