The reception named Racha was very helpful and welcoming upon check-in.
We felt cheated when the hotel manager told us that what we paid for was only for an old room (non-renovated) with dimmed lightings. This was not informed by Zenhotels upon booking. Ms Racha managed to convince her manager to change our room to a slightly better room.
To our horror, the service standard of the hotel's night receptionist and maintenance staff were super bad. Thrice, I had to ask for the heater kettles which those kettles inner base were stained with calcium/white particles. Those white calcium started to be afloat after we have boiled the water. For 3 nights we had to leave without a serviceable kettle. It was really a nightmare for such a well known apartment hotel in Paris.
