The property was Located in the most beautiful medieval town. There was a Restaurant and bar a couple of minutes walk from the property & a lovely bakery across the road.. gorgeous place to visit.
Simply an amazing place. I spend two nights here. The room was large and comfortable, and very clean. I can recommend their restaurant: perfect authentic French cuisine (lots'o meat though, so maybe not as great for vegetarians). I was traveling by bicycle, and they had a perfect spot for it. I would definitely return should I come to visit Saint Macaire again.
Good location, close to centre, parking outside, takes pets. Take away and a good bar very close
This is a well located Apart Hotel just off the village centre. Unfortunately we were not informed that the restaurant belonging to the apartments was not going to be open and the only other bar in the village has a jazz band playing and was fully booked for the whole evening. We manged to get to a small supermarket just before they closed and obtained some convenience food which we were able to cook in the apartment.
Very clean. Very friendly lady who gave us the key. Perfect for an overnight stop. Comfortable room. Very pretty village with restaurant and bar. Lovely boulangerie for breakfast
