Great location, spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. Great value for money, especially for the area. Quiet with no external noise. Would stay again.

Clear & easy communication with the host
We had a very comfortable stay here. This apartment is located 1 minute from the train station. We took a train from Nice airport to Beaulieu-sur-Mer.( it’s took about 20 minutes, 3.5 euros per person)
We had trouble opening the code box. But it turned out well.
This house is near the railroad tracks so it gets noisy sometimes, but we never cared about it.
There is a bus stop just across the street The bus bound for Nice you can take #15(but please make sure your destination!!)
Very clean and tiny. Location next to railwaystation and close to beach. Air condition was perfect.
Very nice apartment, a lot of space with two beedrooms and a terrace, coffee machine - simply PERFECT.
