A new, clean apartment with a large terracotta terrace with table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a large umbrella. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Grasse with a view of a steep wooded hill on one side of the building and a view of the sea on the other. The location is very quiet and removed from the hubbub of Grasse and the other cities on the Cote d'Azur. It is a perfect location for relaxing after a day of hiking or sight-seeing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for an extended stay, TV and Wifi work great, secure parking behind an iron gate. Grocery stores in Grasse or nearby Le Rouret ("Casino" supermarket). The owners are very friendly and helpful: when we wanted to extend our stay but couldn't because the apartment was already booked, the owners helped us find an alternative accommodation, made phone calls on our behalf, and arranged for a taxi cab to pick us up. Hope to stay there next time when vacationing in the area.

I have booked this property for my parents travelling by car - the location was great, very close to sightsee the best parts of the French Riviera. It was very quiet, as the property is near a forest. Views from the front were very nice. Terrace overlooks the forest at the back. Parking is free and gated. The property is fully equipped, everything worked well, everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, generally all facilities were superb. The hosts were amazing - very good communication, very polite and I am truly recommending this as a perfect holiday stay!

Comfortable, quiet with all amenities we needed. Good view of the cliff from the terrace.

Net en compleet ingericht appartement. Alles wat ik nodig had was er ook. Eigen parkeerplaats binnen een omheining. De verhuurders zijn erg vriendelijk.
