Lovely apartment, near city centre, nice quiet street,

Excellent communication with hosts throughout, great location in walking distance of everything you need and all the sights, property accurate as described. Lots of useful things in the kitchen like oil, pasta, tea etc to help with the first day! Worked perfectly for us with 2 adults and 2 kids. It did get very noisy on Friday and Saturday night, the kids slept through it all! But there were a lot of people out and about on the street and the apartment is directly on street level. The other nights were very quiet, just the weekend was a pain.

Nantes was our starting point for our 2 month tour along the EuroVelo 6 cycle route and this apartment is perfect for cyclists. We were delayed getting in from the airport, but we called our hostess and she met us with the keys and showed us all the facilities - very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is on the ground floor, close to the EV6 path and has secure inside storage for the bikes near the stairs. The kitchen is well appointed with a nearby Carrefour City supermarket so preparing meals was never a problem - even on Sundays. We were also delighted by how cool the unit was after a 32 degree C ride in from the airport in high humidity - it was MUCH cooler than outside. The city centre is just a short 10' walk away. The unit has 2 separate bedrooms, a TV room and excellent Wifi. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Nice cozy apartment. The host was very friendly. The apartment has two 160 cm beds each with large couple sheet, so for two couples ideal, for three colleagues worse, but doable. The seating area does not offer third sleeping opportunity. The apartment was fully equipped and clean, they provide towels and many more amenities. The location is very pleasant with many restaurants and bars in the area and in the moment it is also located in a pedestrian zone, so the noise from cars was minimal.
