The location was the best. Very nice area full of life, bars and near everything. The apartment is quite nice, super clean, the bathroom looks new. The bedroom is big enough with a big placard, enough for two people. the double bed was comfortable.
The area is noisy at night but if you close the window is very quiet since it's the third floor. Although there is no air condition, there is a fan which is quite enough to sleep pleasantly since Nice is not a very hot city. Internet connection is very good, super fast speed, ideal if you need to work. There is no elevator but it was ok anyway for me. The host is a very nice person.
