Location, location, location, and the host! The Eiffel Tower (can be seen from the apartment), Arc d'Triomphe, Champs Elysee, and more are within walking distance. According to my wife, the apartment felt "as if the person who used to live there got married and left behind all the furniture they did not want in their new apartment." It does not take away that the apartment is great value for money and the host was very attentive. We traveled with our teenage kids and had a great time in Paris.

Only minutes walk to Metro station and bus stop, located in a quite area and Eiffel Tower as a bonus when opened the window.
