Location, landlord's behaviour and hospitality, parking, 3 double beds, bus stop outside the door.. The apartment is in the best lacation..5 mins by car from Disneyland...very convenient parking lot underneath the house with direct access to it through the elevator..Very very very clean.....3 double beds that covered my family's needs (5 members)..2' walk from the shopping mall...just outside the door on the sidewalk there is a bus stop for Disneyland....but the best part is Anne, the landlord, who established communication immidiatle after the booking..she is always there in person do deliver the keys and instuctions but in case you are late after Disneyland parks she will give you the more precise directions how to find the house and the parking and how to get in.....tip:roll down the external window covers during night for morensafety and darkness, as the appartment is on the ground floor....I definitely recommend it..
