Everything was excellent, stuff helpful and friendly, seems like they always want to help people. They always have a smile and great attitude!! Location 1000% one of the best!

Friendly staff; good location; clean; good breakfast

I stayed here as a solo traveler for five nights and really enjoyed it. The bed was comfy, the room was comfortable while a bit small (though that's standard in Europe), and the morning breakfast was really well done. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. The lift did breakdown while I was there but they fixed it quickly. Location next to Saint Lazare was really convenient since it's such a major hub for the metro lines. And it's super close to Galleries Lafayette, Printemps, and the Opera. Definitely recommend!

Austin's Saint Lazare Hotel is a great reasonably priced no-frills hotel in Paris. Located across the street from Gare Saint Lazare was very convenient. Although a busy area, the room was quiet at night. The room was small, but that is to be expected in Paris. The breakfast was very good with plenty of selections.

Location; especially if you come from orly airport. Just next to subway station.
