The wait staff was accommodating. The afternoon reception staff not so much. It is not when everything goes as planned that a character can be evaluated.
Nice, clean Hotel, close to the Old Port of Marseille.
The location was just perfect. Easy access to the marina. And lots of amazing restaurants around. Grocery in the next building. Walking distance of about 10-15 mins to the marina.
The staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms are small. Comfortable for 2 people.
Shower gel and toilet paper in the shower including towels.
Breakfast was continental, fresh and tasty, Room was a twin, good mattress and powerfull shower with en suite, location was excellent and we walked everywhere, WiFi good
Arrived early on the overnight train from Paris. Went to hotel expecting only to drop my bags, but the lady on reception allowed me to check in at 7:45am at no extra cost. Breakfast, though simple, was quite tasty and varied. Location very convenient just a few minutes walk from Vieux Port and Panier district.
