Arrived at the property quite late, checking in was easy but the vending machine wasn’t working so was unable to get water or coffee
Clean hotel with neutral decor and very well located. Welcoming and helpful staff
The room was spacious comparing the similar type of hotels. This is the game changer. The important ting to know is that there is plenty of parking spaces around - the municipality parking jaunt across the street and in the same street as the hotel as well. So, do not worry if you travel by car.
Very comfortable room and a great breakfast. Nice receptionist too.
I travel to Troyes almost every week for work and stay one night.
This hotel stood out as an exceptional value for money, not only for being clean, well-priced, and conveniently located but also because of its excellent service.
The lady at the reception is always so welcoming and nice, and since then, every week I am staying at the same hotel :)
