We rented the duplex flat (so dedicated kitchen, not shared like some other rooms).
The place was very cozy, comfortable, and well furnished. All the amenities (kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, ...) made the stay really enjoyable.
The place is located right in the middle of the city, making everything easily accessible on foot, while remaining very quiet thanks to the (very nice) yard between the building and the street.
Parking outside proved not to be an issue.
Outstanding place for a family stay.
