Excellent location, super hostess, comfortable bed. Good wifi and internet tv. A/c in each room. Washer, dishwasher, blackout shade, lots of little extras (including munchies). Elevator.

Great facilities and extras that provide a good touch. The hosts were amazing and always helpful. The bed and pull out were very comfortable. AC was very well needed for the hot Nice days.

Marlene was a fantastic host. The position was superb and we enjoyed easy access to go swimming each day. The smart TV was a real bonus with access to our Netflix/Prime account to etc.

Amazing location in the heart of the city with easy walk to the beach. The apartment was very well equipped and the aircon was a godsend! The basket of goodies and prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch and appreciated. Although in the heart of the city the apartment was very quiet and relaxing, with restaurants and bars within 2 minutes. If you want to ditch the need for a car and combine city living with an amazing beach, all within easy walking distances this is the place to be. Deposit was handled perfectly and handed back at a time to suit us. Marly, our host, was fantastic and we will definitely be back.

Perfect appartement for our family holiday in Nice (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Top location, directly on the main shopping street, next to the beautiful old town, but it was still very quite in the appartement. Only 400 m to the beach promenade des Anglais. By car it was easy to access other cities and villages close by. Parking is provided in a garage in a different building close to the appartement, needs to be reserved seperately by writing a message to the host. The host was very friendly and helpful.
