Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores and close to Metro stops, buses and trains. The air conditioning was great. Service company was very responsive. We had a dishwasher malfunction and flood the kitchen. We cleaned up the water mess and the management company was very responsive. They sent someone the next day (while we were out doing touristy things) to check it out and the following day (while we were out) a new dishwasher was installed!
