Excellent location, very close to the beach/English Promenade; decently spacious apartment for 2 persons, rationally organized with all essentials provided. The host makes every effort to fit your needs and to make your stay comfortable.
The property was clean, newly renovated, and had everything we needed from A/C to wifi and a washing machine. It was bright (thankfully there were shutters we could close) and the host was responsive when we had questions.
It is fresh apartment just after a renovation. All is clean and new. WiFi was stable. It is close to the sea and take away cafes.
The location was very good, as it was only a short walk to cafe's, restaurants, beach and main attractions in Nice. It was easy to get to as, the airport tram had a stop close by. The recent refurbishment works to this compact apartment made it very clean and comfortable. The furniture and fittings were all newly installed.
