Staff is super welcoming and very polite. The place was very clean had everything we needed for self catering. It has a lovely pool outside again very clean. Shops takeaways supermarkets and the beach walking distance everything is close. Not far to Cannes and Niece. We really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

The place is close to the beach ( 8 minutes walking with a kid), there is a supermarket and a boulangerie near ( 6 minutes walking). The personal was very nice and helpful, they gave us tips and tricks that really helped us. The apartment was not big, we had a living area with a couch and a open kitchen and there was a bunk bed that was pretty much in the hallway but it didn't bother us. We cooked almost every lunch there and you have all you need for basic food cooking. I liked the fact that it was very quiet, my son loved the pool that was very clean. Overall I highly recommend this facility :)

Very helpful, kind and polite stuff. (We called them at 11am if we could check in earlier as we arrived to Antibes already at 11am. They even arranged for us to check in already at 12pm instead of 16pm. Also we could stay in the apartment till late afternoon instead of the official 10am check out time. Both for free.) Very good location: quiet and nice area, less then 10 minutes walk to the beaches, to big supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, etc., Bus stops nearby (among others direct bus to Antibes, Cannes, Nice airport) Private parking. Very nice apartment: clean, spacious, well equipped. The apartment we stayed in had a very nice big terrass too. Very nice pool also, with warm water (opened all day till 9pm). We loved our time in Eden Azur. Big thanks for the apartmant hotel's stuff. HIghly reccomended.

I liked everything , specially the location from hotel to the beach it’s 5 min by feet . The swimming pool it’s not too big but it’s well enough for everyone who is there . Very good place even for kids . It’s not luxurious the place but it’s very cozy and comfort . Would like to tell you about Jordan , he is in reception . Very kind and helpful if you need something. He made our trip to Nice very easy with giving indications where to go , what to see or where to park the car . The hotel is good also for his private parking . Will come back for sure !

The location was perfect: near the supermarket, bakery, close to the beach train station. It is a great alternative if you do not want to stay in a hectic city but more calm as Golf Juan. Everything is within 15 minutes walk and you can take the train to Cannes or Antibes which takes less than 10 minutes, no need to take the car. If you like to tennis and to swim then this is the place to stay! Also the staff are very friendly!
